We sincerely regret you had a bad experience and hope the good service that we provide can make up for that. We are a small local company so we try to answer all calls by directing them to our cell phones instead of a call agent for prompt response, sometimes we are out grocery shopping or so on and we answer the phone hello since all calls are not business related on personal cell phone. I know your frustrated with graphiti on your dumpster rental but we did not deliver it like that and we can only paint metal when it's warmer weather, the paint just won't stick and cover up the graphiti. As soon as weather breaks we will have crews out refreshing all dumpster rentals at no cost to customer. Again we are happy to provide you with consistent service and hope we can provide that for years to come. Thank you!!
