Empire Delivery

Theyre holding my shipment for an indefinite period because they wont build a truck thats slightly out of their way. YOURE A LOGISTICS COMPANY. Cant believe Bassett uses these unprofessional services.

this establishment is a joke. Mike Donnelly is a liar and Empire delivery has every intention but to help customers with any issues. Worst service I have ever used. they gave me the run around. their drivers showed at 8pm hours after delivery window which was not a big deal. the drivers were very unpleasant and complained they had a super long day. They refused to bring the box inside the house. now mind it, it's a "Threshold" (inside entry way) FREE delivery. at this point I've to refuse it and it goes back to the shipper or accept it. I had to accept it since i needed it asap for bathroom remodeling. the drivers take off and knock off the power pole support line and the whole street loses power. they didn't even bother stopping to make sure everything was ok. Atlantic City Electric had power back on within 2 hours. to exit my driveway with a big truck you've back up at least once and to be careful not to run over front lawn and these guys did. ruined my front lawn, knocked out power and didn't bother even stopping and didn't deliver the package inside the house. Mike Donnelly and Empire Delivery do not care about customer service or resolving any issues. they just give you the run around.
