Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them by being there. They lacked basic knowledge about the vehicles they were selling and were unable to answer even the simplest of questions. It was clear that they were more interested in making a quick sale than providing any sort of genuine assistance. SHADY business !

Absolutely horrible customer service from the start , the one employee who went by yaya real name John (which if you ever realize almost everyone is John here lol) , they knew the car they were TRYING to sell me was totaled , once there is water under the spark plugs your car is totaled , the lied to me multiple times told me the put a new throttle body in my vehicle , it was until the bank demanded receipts of the work was done they told the bank they didnt do nothing but clear water from under my spark plugs , so you told the bank yourself you sold me a totaled car ? So the dealership came and took my car without notifying me or the BANK and they still havent answered the BANK but theyre sitting on Google review answering people on here arguing with them lets see what they have to say back to me because best believe I come with receipts and evidence. Not til I told them I posted the video publicly on my Facebook thats when they decided to try and fix my car but once they informed the bank they actually didnt replace anything they came and took my car , lied to the police because I have the police report and incident number , told them Sainis towing took my car and the phone number is the dealerships number meanwhile allegenia had my vehicle with all my things in it for three days . The dealership is the issue not the bank and theyre trying to put blame on everyone but themselves they STOLE MY MONEY and couldve hurt my baby they knew he was in my car ! Sickening .
