Rude and dont follow through. Even when called multiple times to remove cars from private property, which they are contracted to do so, they refused to come and tow the cars. The man I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. 0/5 stars. Would NOT recommend.

They definitely moved from my car and lied about where it was parked. Lied when I called to see if they had it and then only admitted to having my car when the police called. Then they said they didnt have to tell me the truth. The staff was so rude. Theyve been put on a list.

It is criminal that this business exists. The entrance to the lot is actually down Willow street off of 9th street where the address takes you in google maps. The lot attendant will most likely not be there so be prepared to wait for your car. They will lie to you and say they are cash only because their 'machine is down'. They are hard to get a hold of, keep your interactions with them to a minimum because they are the rudest and most miserable people to exist. They charged $282, car was towed last night and picked up this morning. Bring cash. I hope their business fails and that they all move far far away from Philadelphia.
