image Not a good experience . The lady who just answered the phone @ 1:15pm October 26 2021 didn't want to help me. Telling me she couldn't notarized an annual no affidavit for me for PA UCP. Then after saying it a different way a few different time (because I couldn't understand why not) she then said I can schedule you for tomorrow. It sounded at first like she could have scheduled me today. However she stated she could scheduled me tomorrow @ 1pm.
If I was persistent with what I needed, she wouldn't have tried to assist me, SMH! I thought you guys were here to help people. I will think twice before you get my vote!
Oh by the way I waited outside the office for an hour on my lunch break and never saw anyone enter or leave the office. Could someone look into this for me!
Thank you,
Disappointed citizen

image I thought the staff of Christine Tartaglione is there to help individuals, especially if the individual lives in the district. I am a notary and need to renew my commission, & due to the pandemic the city offices are closed. Through the assistances from a staffer I was informed that another notary can provide the oath that I need to get my notary commission. I asked the notary at Christine Tartaglione office to do the oath, and she said she didnt feel comfortable doing the notary and suggested I go to an Auto Tag company. I would like to know why is she working in the office when she can not help the citizens in the district. I guess I voted for the wrong Sentor.
