Rude and racist. From the start the employee was entirely disinterested and passive aggressive about having to interact with me. As i was discarding a box the employee said, no, break it down....ok, even though there were boxes that were not cut and flattened i did it anyhow despite the employees demeanor. In the process i dropped the key used to cut through the tape and when asking for help to reach the bottom of the cardboard cart the employee laughed and said, thats your problem. Thats a tall cart, someone can get hurt if they fall in or the cart tips over trying to lean into it. Apparently theres zero management onsite if that can happen. And even further the lack of basic decency, joking about the situation with other customers. It wasnt a white employee but a black woman and i guess they dont like asians or non-fluent english speakers.

The woman working at the counter was very knowledgeable and kind. TIP: have your cellular to access information to return items. I was in and out with in 7 minutes. Septa 40 bus going south bound drops you off at the corner of your destination.
