Jefferson Rehabilitation - Center City

I had my first appointment this week. The front desk staff are cold and unwelcoming. The therapist I saw yawned all throughout my visit and didn't appear to be interested. Completely unprofessional. The facility is filthy and would benefit from a good deep cleaning. Please do better!

If you have an schedule appointment prepare yourself for it to get canceled or somebody else to come in look at the schedule call you and cancel it this practice will give you the runaround before you feel like you get what you need if you're ok with that than this place for you but for me I'm currently looking for new facilities

First and Foremost, I would like to thank then practice mgr and her staff at the front desk for always keeping it real and professional with me. I loved the jokes because it made my day! Now on the other hand if it wasnt for Dr. Jennifer Hs unprofessionalism and lack of caring, the practice would have received a 5 Star Rating. She waited until 3:30pm the day before my scheduled appointment with her to request that I contact Dr. Sheehan the Neurologist to get an updated prescription, excuse me that is not the consumers job to do your job and then you waited until the very last minute to contact the provider for a prescription that you if you would have looked at your file ahead of time, you would have known that the current prescription was expiring before our next scheduled appointment. To make matters worse she canceled on me during a prior meeting when I drove 2hours and was not notified about her being out until I checked in. Please whatever you do, I Implore Any Veteran Not To Use Her she acted like she cared but we are only cash cows to this practice and The Director Is Worse, She Has A Nasty Attitude Towards Men That Hold The Title MD or PhD. Trust me I have witnessed it first handI Will Never Let Anyone In A Position Of Power Try To Talk Down Too Me, when I am seeking assistanceBy the way Dr. Jennifer H, had a nerve to write on my Epic Chart, that I canceled and she No Damn Well She Canceled My Appointment Because She was slipping and The Worse Rehabilitation Specialest EverNever did a full diagnosis, she went off what another specialist said.Sad, state of affair at Jefferson University Rehabilitation Center City 25 S. 9th Street. Just in case Im wrong about what I said I have a copy of my notes and visits.

Administrative staff are absolutely useless. Booked me for the wrong appointments and with the wrong provider on multiple occasions, even after I clarified. The admin staff need some serious training.
