My brother has been a patient at Caring Heart for many years. I have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about this facility. The nursing care has been wonderful. The staff is attentive, patient and caring with the patients and the administration has always been helpful.

My wife arrived their last Friday and has been glowing about the care she has been receiving, The facility is clean, doesnt smell and the rooms are nice, the only thing lacking is the food - could be better in her opinion..

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I absolutely would. I would NEVER EVER recommend this facility to anyone. My mom is being switched from here because almost EVERYONE in this place has the most disgusting attitude Ive ever witnessed. My moms care was not a priority to anyone. She was constantly being antagonized and feeling like a burden to the people whose job is to tend to her. Barely 3 days staying here and she called me every single night crying because they were so rude to her. Then, when she mentioned it to someone higher up, the nurse was being even more rude about that and confronted her. Theres very little staff who actually deserve to have that job. I blame the facility for hiring these type of people. They dont deserve to be there. Also, the beds feel like stone and the tvs are no bigger than 10 inches . I carefully read the reviews and sadly trusted them and we were let down !
