Employees here never doing they job at the front desk or when they answer the phone. Yes I got the name to nakia or how you spell it was rude, impatient and acting like she didn't want to help how can yall have someone like that working in the hospital

I have been at Moss Rehab going on 3 years great place OPT great PT great Botox shots work hand open no brace no cane what they show me I do at home 7 days a week can move hand open doors put hand on car wheels as before each day is strong day will go back in October for evaluation can not wait will never stop ever Love Moss Boom lets go get to it

I have had an amazing experience working with my physical therapist Naomi Goodman. Im a complicated patient due to my athleticism and injuries, and she figured out my issue right away, along with how to ensure I was engaged during therapy and staying consistent with my treatment. She is a consummate professional, and immediately made me feel comfortable, and I was able to trust her expertise so I could get the most valuable experience. I am incredibly grateful.

The therapist is great and everyone is pleasant and helpful but I'm giving only 3 stars because of parking. You have to pay for parking which can get expensive if you don't have someone to drop you off and pick up when you have PT a few times a week. I can understand why some people don't complete their much needed therapy.
