Do not rent from this company. Issues included service requests not addressed, service requests not completed correctly (which lead to multiple $200 water bills), security deposit issues, faulty home components (AC, microwave, alarm, etc), and extremely poor customer service.

Probably the worst property management ever. Has no regards for tenants and makes tenants do the cleaning for them. The property manager does not really do anything besides pleasing the tenants. This place makes you clean the whole place and make you pay for it. The lease does not make any sense at all either with random niches that tenants are required to do.

DO NOT RENT FROM FERRARO PROPERTIES (aka PHILADELPHIA REAL ESTATE). My experience with them has been a nightmare. They are extremely unresponsive, combative, and scammers. Regularly my landlord did not follow laws and would walk right into the unit with strangers trying to sell the place with no warning. Any work orders were either never fulfilled or months late (which they then try to take out of your security deposit). They will ask you to hire professional cleaners before you move out which is not in the lease, and then after you clean the place yourself (like you normally do with rentals), they will try and charge you anyways. Ferarro properties tried to keep my ENITRE SECURITY DEPOSIT with no proof of charges or sufficient evidence. As I said before, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They are the worst rental agency and have the worst landlords who are clueless.
