Working with Matt and his team is always a pleasure. Matt is very personable, knowledgeable, punctual, and respectful. He has been very patient with my husband and I while we looked for our forever home out of the city. Whether we looked at houses 20 minutes away or an hour and 20 minutes away, Matt made time to meet us and show us those properties immediately. In August of 2021 we sold our duplex and because of Matt and his team we were able to sell it quick and easy! Fast forward to 2024, we are selling our house and moving to our forever home all with the help of Matt. Matt was very professional with the home buying process. He provided us with his honest opinion regarding the housing market. He was very knowledgeable on the market area and was extremely helpful with the pre-approval process and was able to answer any questions we had. Matt always had our best interest in mind and had a very flexible schedule. He answered text/calls very promptly and had great communication. I would definitely recommend Matt and his team with buying/selling any property. He was a pleasure to work with.
