        I would never recommend this property owner or management team, JBMP or IPG, whomever Susan Shen represents. They'll charge for extra water usage without investigating the source of the leakage. Any issues you might have is disregarded until an inspection, and then you're charged for repairs and told it wasn't reported. Susan is condescending and practices an unfair and unorthodox management style.
