In the entire process he went above and beyond to be available and he listened thoughtfully to every question, concern or problem that we had. Between Dominic and his team everything was answered or solved in a way that always left us feeling good about the process. It felt less that we were clients and more that we were friends that he was helping. Can't recommend him enough.

Working with Dominic and his team was the best decision we could have made when selling our home in Fishtown. He and his staff were exceptional throughout every step of the process. Dominic accompanied me on a full walk-through before hitting the market. He advised me as to which aspects of the house should be attended to before going live with our listing. His expertise here was greatly appreciated and I was able to have contractors come in before the open house to address the minor issues noticed so that prospective buyers would have little to no concerns with the property. Upon seeing the home inspection report, his advice was excellent. His marketing team did a great job with the listing, photographs, and videography of the property. The dashboard they provided us as sellers showed the amount of traction all the posts received. And the dashboard allowed us to see the amount of traffic and interest in the property, which was helpful to understand the overall demand during the spike in interest rates. He and his team immediately hosted back-to-back open houses and aggressively marketed the property using both their social media accounts and traditional channels, which resulted in an incredibly strong offer in hand the day after the open house. Our house was sold in 7 days despite less than favorable market conditions, which is astounding. On top of that, the offer came in above asking with motivated buyers who wanted to aggressively close on the house. This was the absolute best outcome for my wife and me. I very highly recommend Dominic and his team. His knowledge of the Fishtown market was invaluable to us and got us the best offer on our home in a very short period.
