I truly agree. Place is nasty & all workers tell u different stories. Move in this place after court dismissed my last case against a landlord, but gave me 30 days to move. Then I move here signed a lease and suitability license to find out in November of my heat issue which did get a violation before they fix. Then Im still cold in my bedroom. Then I got material falling from skylines on my head that been emailed and text and told to them of problem. Guess two weeks law means nothing to them, cuz they knows court system and what they will do.. No Justice with these Slumlords in our communities ripping us off!!!!!! By the way Ruth love her job of lying for these people. She seem nasty, but. Spend your money elsewhere. By the way they are not BBB accredited why cuz they do bad business!!!!! The pics are real! I got so many on this nasty place. Beware they own Stenton house and other property in the area of the main office on 7000 N Broad st. They got agents too rent you junk.. Beware do not enter in no agreement with these owners!!!!

Scam artists. THIEVES!!!! Put me out then told me I couldn't get my security deposit. They didn't give me time to clean up the apartment before I moved out. Worst Apartments ever and management is disrespectful and nasty!!!
