If I could give this place NEGATIVE STARS , I would ! All Im going to say that is the most helpful is beware of Anthony C (hes a fast talking @sshole) he lies about move in dates and progress on renovated units. Our 11/1/21 move in date was actually 11/6 and we stayed in our old apartment with no heat , electric , or water due to his negligence. Next is Bbitchy Barbara. She is the most passive aggressive, never having an answer but always having an attitude creature. Besides that , the whole SBG management group rents out OLD AND OUTDATED properties and expect downtown living prices . Currently ; they ripped out the trees and left them at the stumps while completely removing the front steps . A renovation no one mentioned UNTIL they sent out rent increase letters threatening to go up $100 dollars more on rent every month you dont respond . My lease is over in November. How the hell am I supposed to tell you solid plans in June? Its oppressive and they are conning tenants into funding these exterior superficial renovs but not improving the interior. Increasing rent $200 and recently maintenance let themselves in to exterminate and left my door unlocked and OPEN!! I call and text Barbara snooty pants to confirm if maintenance was truly in my home or should I be worried about an intruder and she responds HOURS later with an attitude no less , no answers, tells me its not her job to answer me then gives a number to someone else. No apology . No reassurances. Just straight attitude. I cant wait to leave here !! Beware Green Street Apartments is SBG management where Anthony C works . They said he was fired for screwing up the move in but instead they sent him off to another place. Whole system just lies and gets over . I want off the ride to hell !!!!

Literally the WORST THING I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS IN MY LIFE. This place is KENSINGTON JR. STONEHURST APARTMENTS HARRY STEVENSON WHO IS THE PROPERTY MANAGER lies to ALL the tenants saying he is NOT so he doesnt have to deal with any issues . There is NO security you are ON YOUR OWN. They literally said in an email that WE have to secure the building. Bottom of the barrel WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER. Lastly the maintenance man offed a girl in the unit below me and was transporting her body to all the empty units may 2020 before he turned himself in

Will not return deposit even if place is left pristine. FYI new tenants, youll end up having to take them to Fair Housing Court, then suing in housing court to get it back. Thats what my fianc and I are doing now. But in Philly youre entitled to treble (triple) damages for this kind of behavior so be sure to take them to court! Also when we were there they hadnt paid their water bills or electric bills for almost a year... also had some L&I violations. Neat place. Having to be chronically ill and dealing with taking them to court is a great memory of my time here in Philly.
