N Property Group

TERRRIBLE!!! they take advantage of the fact this is "college housing". they do not care about their tenants or their health, only about making money. I've had black mold growing in my ceiling for months but they won't get back to me. But alas, this is akin to every other service request I've put with N Property.

I rent with this company and I dont know what they would do without Shontane Massa. She truly specializes in tenant relations and she relieves all the stress of being a student and renting with N property group. She makes this management company a 5 star company in the eyes of the tenants that appreciate her! If youre interested in renting here just know there are some good people here.

If you love being angry every time you come home, this is the place for you. The tenants are literally disgusting. They throw their garbage any and every where. Theres roaches. They block entrances with garbage bags because theyre to lazy to take it down 12 steps, they pee in the elevator, park in your assigned PAID spot, throw the most ridiculous 100 people plus parties in the courtyard until 3am, smoke weed around children in the common areas, STEAL your packages and let their dogs poop all over the common areas while the management does absolutely nothing except send you 100 notices to enter your unit to show your place to investors.
