Extremely bad and impolite management. The agents just want a sale and would never consider your needs or requirements. Once they sign you up they do not care about you. All they want is money. Absurd charges. Poor unresponsive management!! Dont use their services.

I have used City Wide Realty for many years. They are professional, organized, and courteous. The realtors are hard working. They have helped place countless tenants and are located in the city.

I had Andrew Dimino as my agent and he was super responsive and got me and my roommate an incredible apartment in less than 5 days! Super responsive and a kind guy. Even gave me a ride to the train station after one of the tours. 10/10 would recommend.

I was so fortunate to have Andrew as my agent when I found their property listing on Zillow. His professionalism and skill in his craft was nothing short of impeccable. Whether it was keeping me in the loop throughout the whole process or answering any questions I had (even when I would text him after work hours). Andrew truly cares and has pride in his work and it shows tremendously. As an example for his character, he even came by the check on me and brought my dog a treat and a bone as a house warming present once I was settled in. He is truly an amazing worker and an even better human. I would recommend Andrew to any person and if I were starting my own real estate company, he would be my first call to lead the office. Thank you Andrew, for all your hard work getting this Florida man back to his home!

So Far the Best Part is My Realtor Dekimbe. Other than that I'm disappointed to not be able to work directly with the company.
