I've had nothing but positive experiences with this rental company! I've lived at one of their properties for almost five years now and it's been a pleasant experience. Jon is extremely responsive and kind, and whenever there is an issue it gets resolved promptly with maintenance. Would recommend!

Tenants beware: after a spotless tenancy record of years, this property management agency refused to renew my lease explicitly because my roommate got an emotional support animal to which they were entitled after following all the requirements of the fair housing act. I am pretty sure that this is illegal, something which the management company either knew or was too reckless to ascertain. I would never suggest entering any sort of business or tenancy relationship with this company.

This place should be shut down for their inability to do the basics of their job among many other borderline if not fully illegal business practices. Do not use them if you can avoid doing so.

I've lived in Philly for many years and have never had a better realtor than Walter Wood Jr. Real Estate, especially Jon. If there is an issue, I call and it is immediately taken care of, property is beautifully kept and other tenants in the building are kind and respectful. Jon is very accessible if you need anything and there's also an emergency maintenance number in case it's after hours. I've recommended this rental company to everyone and plan on staying with them for a very long time. If you are looking to rent in Philly, Walter M. Wood, Jr. Real Estate is your BEST option. Ask for Jon
