        Ive rented with them for about 2 years and I have absolutely no complaints. They are prompt with repairs, accommodating with my income changes and my home is lovely. Rebecca is always responsive and I appreciate communication having to be written because it helps Everyone keep record as opposed to phone conversations. Even the repairmen who have come to do minor fixes are polite, prompt and always go above and beyond. The property management Ive experienced in my 20 years in Philadelphia.
