Premier Access Property Management

I would give 0 stars if I could. I suggest renting from literally any other property management group in the city. Ive rented with 3 other management groups and they were all more pleasant than PAX. They were horrific, rude, unhelpful and their property had mold in the walls. Their staff is atrocious. They will charge you for every possible thing they can. They will make sure you feel like responding to your concerns is an inconvenience, will take their sweet time addressing your concerns, but expect you to immediately respond to them when they have any issues. Run.

I have enjoyed my experience with Premier Access, but it is largely due to Megan McFarland who is just the kindest and most understanding person I've ever encountered in a rental property. Megan was quick to help us find new tenants when we were in a pinch. Common areas were cleaned frequently and problems were fixed within a couple of days. I would recommend renting from this folks again.
