I truly could not say enough good things about Solo Reality. As a renter, this is the only time I have felt that I was treated with dignity. Solo was the landlord for my apartment in West Philly for 6 months before it was transferred to a new company. In the time that Solo managed the property, my experience was amazing. They were timely, responsive, and human. When I found out they were no longer managing the property, I was devastated. Deborah Solo was our realtor when we bought our wonderful house more than twenty years ago, and again when we sold it recently. We cannot say enough good things about her. Deborah has an excellent sense of the fair price for each job, as well as what each improvement is worth. Deborah always was easy to reach, and she responded to us right away. Because Deborah knows our neighborhood inside and out, she gave us excellent guidance on how to price the house. Two days after listing, we had two offers. Deborah continued to provide expert, professional guidance through the complicated process of finalizing the sale. Throughout the process, Deborah Solo has acted honestly, courteously, and in a professional manner to all sides. Go to Deborah Solo, and only to her, for buying or selling a house.

Best case scenario for a landlord in my experience. My building was old and had some "character" issues, but they were always responsive to issues as they came up.
