I recently relocated for my job and everyone at Core Realty has gone above and beyond to make this an excellent move-in experience for me. The Property Manager, Erica is kind and proactive and the maintenance staff is extremely responsive. The Director of Core, Jacqulyn Yassen reached out to me directly when I needed assistance with my smart system- She emphasized that her job was to do whatever she had to do to make my apartment feel like home. Core Realty really does take care of you like you're family. I couldn't be happier here.

Core told us our apartment would be ready to move into weeks before it was. Had to put our stuff in storage then pay mover to move our stuff in. Renovation of apartments was poorly done. Roof leaked multiple times. Smoke detectors never worked properly. We gave up asking for help. It took them 3 months into our lease to put up any blinds! they promised fancy electric ones when we first looked at apartment. They put up the cheapest sheer blinds possible. We had to go buy curtains. -Movedout June 15 2020 -Lease ended July 1 2020. -It's August 18th 2020 -Still don't have our security deposit back. -- expect more of the same kinds of timelines and communication with them. They are too big for their own good. Once you move in you aren't person to "them", just a rent check.
