Rude, ineffectual property management who will accuse outrageous and slanderous nonsense. Do not rent here unless you want to be disrespected incessantly. Also they dont care about you as a tenant, they very clearly only care extracting as much money as they can from you to put you in an poorly constructed unit with multiple problems they take days to acknowledge and/or fix. Some of which they never fix at all! Update: It has been more than 30 days since I moved out and I have not received my security deposit back. This just confirms to me that they really don't care about being good landlords and are actively trying to ignore state and local laws. Please note that if this happens to anyone you are allowed to sue them for double the security deposit minus damages.

Would NOT recommend. Erin Sheridan with AMC Delancey has been contacted for weeks now about returning overpaid rent, and had consistently been giving us the run around. Now, she finds it appropriate to ignore messages entirely. Very unprofessional.

The room and service are both excellent! Annie Oliver, the leasing agent, is incredibly kind and helpful.

Been a tenant from 22-23, little less than a year. Lana Brown, a leasing agent and a company representative has been very helpful in making my stay comfortable and accommodating. Maintenance request was promptly addressed and all facets of company services that ensures the quality of resident's stay (parking violation, street cleaning, noise level, secure package) was done professionally.
