My daughter lives in a DFM rental apartment and has received outstanding service. The initial tour and lease signing was prompt and friendly. Maintenance request have always been handled efficiently by Juan who takes care of the apartment building. Rebecca has always been friendly and accommodating with our requests and concerns. I highly recommend DFM. They are an excellent property management company.

My girlfriend and I are long-term renters from DFM Property Management and cannot stress enough how wonderful these folks are. They are truly one of a kind fast/clear communication, quick to any fixes that need to occur, kind, and helpful. There was a time where our heat went out last winter. From past experience, we were nervous we'd be without heat for several days. They had a contractor on site to fix the issue within 12 hours of notification. I hope that gives you an idea of how rare they are. I wouldn't want to rent from anyone else!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rebecca F. at DFM Management and I can't praise her enough. Even during the holidays, she promptly responded to all my emails, demonstrating an impressive level of professionalism and dedication. Her assistance in helping me secure a lease through a current tenant who was reletting was nothing short of exceptional.

The owners of this property management are great people. Some of these reviews may have been their POV issues but I assume DFMs contracts state all information which is clearer than any Ive seen before. They put good effort to resolve tickets, respond to inquiries well through emails, and frankly are just very kind to their tenants. I know this because I see them at unplanned times (at random) and been a tenant for 2.5 years. My fellow DFM neighbors, read your lease contract better. Its your responsibility.

When I received my keys, Dave let me know the previous tenant was planning to sue them. That should have been the first warning sign. Screaming at tenants on the phone because of their inability to maintain employees to conduct repairs is highly unprofessional. Make sure to keep all communication through their portal for documentation. They will often close out tickets instead of actually resolving the issue. Stay away if possible. The snarky replies to the reviews show the true business of DFM Management. Best of luck to those who make the mistake of leasing with them. I hope Rebecca learns how to speak properly to its tenants instead of unleashing her anger on its tenants. Perhaps instead of using the DFM Property handyman to update Dave's deck, he could be better used to serve its tenants.
