This so called real estate group should close down period, they do nothing to help their agents and their rental management is awful. Theyre very very rude people, I do not recommend this place.

My experience with Tim from Mercury Real Estate Group was very pleasant and supportive. He did his best to help me find a place that fit my budget and needs. I was unable to find a place through Tim because I needed to stay around Worcester. Otherwise, I would have been thrilled to work through this process. It's not often that you can find someone who works directly with the public and stays friendly, helpful and continues yo follow up and connect. Great person offering exceptional services.

The Mercury Team has gone out of their way to accommodate the needs of their clients, address concerns & affect improvements in a timely manner. I appreciate their ongoing efforts & my "home" of 2+ yrs in Philadelphia. This is by far the nicest property in which I've lived, after having moved to Philadelphia. My particular building has accommodations for people with disabilities, such as off-street parking, a wheelchair accessible entrance and elevator. The tenants here have electronic access control, monitored indoor/outdoor security cameras & are protected by a directly wired fire alarm system, complimented by individual in-unit smoke detectors. Each apartment or efficiency has adjustable ceiling fans with low wattage LED lights, upgraded fixtures, appliances, individual water heaters & garage disposal. Trash service is included, along with amazingly effective pest control. The management office keeps everyone informed by email, texts & regular mail. All shopping, essential medical, transportation & most other needs are within walking distance. My particular building accommodates all individuals & families, but stays clean, quiet & safe. Is tucked away in an historic district on the outskirts of the city, surrounded by many hundreds of acres dedicated to parks and recreation. !! I always have questions which the team goes out of their way to answer. I know it interrupts & probably annoys them. But, they still help me. Ty!

Maria..and her company..they will take your money application fee $50per person depite having voucher..will not work with u with even if u had pior hardship before voucher
