        I tried to schedule an appointment because the one of the doctor that practice here had good reviews, but I should have taken heed of the previous reviews. After waiting for about an hour (which I was fine with, I occupied my time with chores). After finally getting someone , they said they were booked until February. I said "okay". And then they hung up the phone on me. I did not even bother to call back because who ever was working on October 19th at ~10 am is extremely unprofessional. They must be booked until February due to referrals. I WOULD strongly suggest you try anywhere else. And no need to copy and paste the link to respond to my post. I already sent in my review via Penn Medicine.

        i had made this appointment 3 months ahead from the day i called because they were over booked no problem. Then they cancelled my appointment the day before without alerting me or calling me to rescheduled so i unknowingly showed up and they told me there was no record of my appointment even though i had the screenshot on my penn med app. Whoevers working at the desk. I just wanted to reschedule my appointment and whoevers working over the phone August 8 today at 12:31 PM. They just literally cursed me out on the phone for no reason after I ask for her name so I could let someone know what happened with my appointment since the office manager was there. the woman was rude, called me inappropriate names, and have a attitude for no reason.

        One of the Dr's in this practice is very rude and unprofessional. If you are apprehensive about touching a patient's foot, I would think you would rethink your career choice!

        Walking in I was greeted quickly and everything was a nice experience, this might just be me but it was really good on all points. My doctor and his assistants were not only knowledgeable but also informative. I did my homework on my issues before I walked in, and they really helped me understand more on the situations my feet were in so far. Today is my follow up, I hope for more of the same, without sticker sick as well.
