Papa Johns Pizza

The store incorrectly filled our order and when we called to discuss how we received cinnamon twists instead of papadias - The Store Manager told us the Uber Driver Switched the food and it happens all the time. Never Again!! Oh! Mr. Rios (If that's his name) Hung UP! Terrible - Rude - UnProfessional - Managerial Training Reboot - Organizational Leadership Course - Ethics Training - Customer Relations - DISGUSTING!!!!! This is why I Mom & Pop Pizza is the Best!!! Dont the Papdias look Yummy....:(

My experience went horribly wrong I ordered adda 10 minutes to 2 o'clock the order didn't show up to almost 5:30 at my house and there was no number to call in to cancel the order because even the private live chat over the application I couldn't get hold of anyone to cancel the order I am beyond disappointment this place should be dismantled and discontinued I'm sure shaq would be very unhappy with what I have to say but I'm being very nice right now because I respect shaq! If I had known they were gonna take more than an hour I would've told them to forget the order...... they could've called and notified me about being limited with drivers and orders showing up late and I would've definitely been alot happier........ DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE......

I was so disappointed in the customer service, the supervisor was so ignorant! I paid 60$ for food on their website and they delivered the food to an apartment building. When I asked for a refund they refused, I will be contacting headquarters!!! So ghetto and unprofessional

I ordered the New York style pizza with ground beef, green peppers and onions. The pizza was not New York style, and had minimal ground beef on it and of course more green peppers and onions. The taste of the pizza was good but other than that, I was disappointed!!! It was years since I had ordered or had papa John's and it will probably be some years again if I ever decide to go back !!
