Atlantic Physical Therapy

I went to Atlantic Physical Therapy for Pelvic Floor PT, something I didn't do after my first birth but wanted to do after giving birth to my second. I am shocked at how well it worked and how much more comfortable and confident I am now. I am singing the praises of pelvic floor PT and Atlantic Physical Therapy to all of my friends. it was really easy to schedule appointments and everyone in the office was so friendly and great to work with.

I had been having issues with back pain but my foot pain had been steadily increasing until I was hobbling instead of walking. Michelle was able to direct me to get better shoes and inserts and show me exercises that helped to get me so much stronger! I still have some issues, at my age thats a given, but I feel so much better now! Thank you so much Michelle and the wonderful staff at Atlantic Physical Therapy in South Philadelphia!

Atlantic Physical Therapy is the best! I initially came in dealing with pelvic floor pain and was a bit nervous about the treatment process. However, Michelle and her amazing team walked me through the treatment plan, and allowed me to ask any and all questions. Throughout my time at the clinic, I have made remarkable progress physically but also mentally. I feel I am leaving more empowered, with a deeper understanding of my body and how to manage flare-ups. Michelle and her staff are also hilarious, and made going to PT something I genuinely looked forward to. Thank you Atlantic Physical Therapy!!

I'm wrapping up a 2-month course of treatment with APT and they are awesome, knowledgeable, fun, and professional. I had quite a few joint issues after each of my 2 births, and their treatment has been relevant and useful at various stages of recovery from "can't walk for 2 minutes without pain" to preparing for competitive sports again. Scheduling is easy and efficient. When they say they are baby-friendly, they are REALLY baby friendly. There's a basket of toys, they'll modify exercises so you can hold your baby instead of dumbbells, they'll even hold your baby and make them giggle while you do exercises. It's made getting to physical therapy much more accessible.

After developing plantar fasciitis in both feet they helped start standing and walking again. Friendly staff and I got to know them all by name toward the end. The atmosphere is more relaxed than your usual hospital outpatient pt experience, which was a nice change. The therapists are very competent and highly trained/educated. I'd like to go back for any future problems.
