I have been going to Next Step Physical Therapy since August 22, 2016 after sustaining several injuries in a car accident. I had to take 2 months off off due to a ruptured appendix. I had been doing really well before my surgery then after I returned, I had to restart adding my abdominal area as part of my therapy as well. I'm really starting to do well again due to my kind, patient & excellent physical therapist who works with me twice a week. Kent slowly worked/works with me through all of my pain & all of my tears with such a caring nature. He watches all of his patients that are there per session, helping us & building our confidence. You need to trust your physical therapist & be able to relax & let them manipulate your body as well as trust them with the strengthening & exercises - if these are done incorrectly, you can injure yourself more - Kent will help you to prevent this from happening.. Matt as a new owner has made Next Step look so nice, cheerful & encouraging. He is very nice & personally knows & talks to the patients. Next Step is more of a family type environment - the therapists, receptionist, owner & even the patients all get familiar with one another This makes it much more comfortable & enjoyable as you complete your session. I would highly recommend Next Step to my family, friends & anyone I would hear say they needed physical therapy - I'm very happy here. Chris Bordoni
