It is unfortunate for me to have to write this as I had a fairly unpleasant experience with Jen. I booked two shoots with her one a family shoot and the other an extended family shoot. The first shoot I had with her she never sent me a follow up email that you get from a business to remind you of your booked service with details on how to best prepare. I had to reach out confirming time and place and a contact number. The day of the shoot my son was very sick in the hospital the night before and I was trying to email her since I had no contact number and her website doesnt give you direct contact nor does she answer Instagram so at 8am I email with no response all day. Our shoot was scheduled for 4:30pm. Around 4pm she emails me back that we can reschedule which Ive already now got everyone dressed and ready to go. My son is crying throughout and its very stressful trying to hold a newborn and get my nose dripping sick 2 year old to stop crying. Anyway, shoot ends. 3 weeks later she edits and sends. If I didnt already put deposit for the next shoot I would not have done it. Again, next shoot is coming she doesnt email me about a follow up rather the day of she just letting me know I need to pay balance before we come. I arrive and its freezing and were walking around looking for a spot to shoot meanwhile my newborn and son are outside standing in the cold waiting along with my extended family. The park was packed and it seemed we were very late because once we found a spot it felt extremely rushed because she kept saying were loosing light. My family was stressed, my son was crying freezing, we had zero direction during the shoot and overall every family member left asking me if I found this photographer from Craigslist insinuating how poorly prepared this was. Jen tells me she feels bad about the shoot and will reach out to me to set up something to fix it. A day goes by then she texts me says we can reshoot this week. I told her I booked this a month ahead of time and commuted in an hour this is not possible to please see if pictures could be saved and we can just do me and my husband and sons. She says she wont edit them and only will reshoot. We go back and I finally realize this person is the most unprofessional unaccommodating poorly run business person Ive ever met and decide to just ask for refund and go our separate ways. She refuses and we go back and forth I try to call she doesnt answer she said she has kids and will call at 5. Jen never calls and sends an email that she edited the shoot and wont refund and that is what it is. Over $500 later I get pictures that are not worth this and therefore I am leaving this review to let you know you have more luck going to the moorestown park finding 1 of the thousand other photographers who will absolutely care about your family and time because all Jen cares about is your money. Do not recommend.

Jen does such an amazing job! Weve been using her for our outdoor family photos since 2019. We bring our dog and our two small children with us, so were a true handful and Jen always finds the perfect shot of all 5 of us. She is patient, kind and fun, making the kids laugh and capturing beautiful memories for us to cherish forever. Book Jen for your next outdoor or indoor session and you will be thrilled with the results!

Jen photographed our wedding at the Joseph Ambler Inn and we couldnt be more pleased! She worked with us ahead of time to plan our timeline as well as must have shots. On the day of she arrived on time and dove right in on capturing all the moments. She was easy to work with and kept things on schedule. She captured everything from the decor, the sentimental moments, candids and portraits. She is quick to respond and even sent us photos the day after the wedding! We are happy with all our photos and how she was able to capture everything!

Jen is so fantastic. She's been taking our professional photos since 2019 and has always done such a beautiful job. For our outdoor sessions, we've brought our two small children and our dog and she is always accommodating and patient with us and always makes sure we get every shot possible. She also did our newborn session for our youngest son and spent 2 hours capturing memories we will hold forever. I look forward to our sessions with Jen each fall and would recommend her to anyone that is looking for beautiful professional photos.

My pictures always turn out amazing that it makes it hard to nit pick them all ,all the time!!!!
