I hired Mr. Jeffrey Penneys after I was bitten by a dog working my route at the United States Postal Service. After painful extensive rabies shots in my bite wound, difficulty walking, massive hematoma, my leg looked terrible! I was embarrassed to go out anywhere. I was unable to work, swim in my own pool or walk without pain. I was determined to seek legal advice. I did my research and I read the reviews.
