ery unhappy with my experience with Bryce Basques. Went in with chronic neck pains and it was all I could do to get him to spend 5 minutes with me before he was out of the exam room. Felt like he didnt give me a chance to explain my past history and any potential contributors to the pain. My impression was he knew I didnt need surgery and couldnt make big money on me so spending any longer wasnt financially worth his time. No interest in helping me get to the bottom of my pain and get better.
After the visit I got my large bill and was charged for 45-60 minutes, which only frustrated me further. Contacted billing department who was not helpful in getting my concerns addressed regarding the billing not lining up with the service provided.
Unfortunately I definitely would not recommend Dr. Basques or university orthopedics.
