BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE! i asked to speak to Dr. Saing before I made an appointment for surgery. I had been to his office twice before. They have a subhuman miserable office manager that says Dr. Saing does not talk on the telephone. I said I have a simple question that needs to be answered before I come in for surgery. This so called manager said tell me and I will ask him. I said no I need to speak to the doctor and he said no speaking to the doctor without paying him. I called back and asked if Dr. Saing knew I wanted a return call and was told yes.
I now will find a doctor that knows how to treat customers. I never heard of a doctor that will not talk to a patient on the telephone. I suggest if you are thinking of using this office find someone else.
