Premier Orthopaedics in Chestnut Hill

It's extremely frustrating to get through the phone to them. They rarely ever pick up. If you leave messages, your calls never get returned. When you do get someone and ask them why this is happening, no one has an answer. I've spent days and days trying to get an authorization for my MRI. No one answers. I don't know how an office can operate in such a fashion. I have no choice but to switch offices.

Dr. Vakil is an EXCEPTIONAL provider of choice. Very detailed oriented, spends time with his patient. And very compassionate. Has a small hiccup at my first encounter with front Desk, but Management resolved the issue. Subsequent follow-up visit. Optimal care provided by Dr. V. Front Desk staff person was EXTREMELY accommodating, she truly went above and beyond. Patients coming in with pain for any reason should be treated with respect and dignity, she did just that!

They need to shut this orthopedic office down and put temple orthopedic doctors back in there .. they are literally a joke before the pandemic started temple was there then after everyone was able to come back these new ppl were there and they don't take certain insurances and they just awful service.. hopefully temple will come back to that spot since they now are temple health..

This place is a joke! Their message/answering-service And Google info (that They provide) states that they are open until 4:30 pm on week days. IN REALITY - the doctor (whoever it is) leaves at 11 am. I am not joking! And Then ... They close for lunch between 12 and 1 (because it must be Exhausting avoiding patients). And Then ...they close at 1:15 and go home right After lunch ... who wants to go home hungry... I mean really... Lunch is a sacred thing. Welcome to Chestnut Hill Tower Health (and the reason they are bankrupt) - where all you meed is online/phone representation while practice has nothing to do with reality ... @TowerHealth - fake health-care R Us.
