This is one of the worst experiences of my life. Dr S. Mehta is supposed to be a pelvic expert I read his reviews I read his background I thought I could trust him. He has ruined my life. I was in pain before but he put me in a crippling state. I cannot do any of my favorite things. I cannot go to the bathroom right anymore. He told my daughter I made him operate on me. Which I did not nor did he ever say he did not want uto do it either. So I guess he just wanted the money. A surgery he said would take 1hr and 20 min took 6 hours an overnight stay turned into 4 days a lot of blood loss. Then he did not even come and talk to me. He took away a bone that is a primal support bone from an already compromised pelvis. I cannot feel my area I cannot go to the bathroom correctly he would not answer my calls or address my concerns. My primary was my only salvation. He took away my life cause I do not have one now. I used to run circles around my kids now I can barely walk up steps I will need a colostomy bag according to the gastro doctor who said Dr Mehta cut my nerves to my intestines. Dr Mehta told me he did not move any muscles or anything but that is impossible. I wish I never meet him and never let him operate on me.

Dr Mehta performed emergency surgery on my hip from car accident and it's been 14 years and I feel fantastic, I recommend him to all, he is 5 star and I walk n live in great health, thanku Dr mehta

My surgery appointment was for 12pm. I didnt eat anything since the night before as advised by his team. Surgery didnt start until 5:30pm. That in itself was frustrating because I was so hungry and just sat around waiting at the hospital. I was looking forward to seeing him right before the surgery, but we never got to see him before or after the surgery. I understand he is one of the best, but he needs to make time for his patients. My husband and I didnt know what was done during surgery or anything. I will come back to rate the actual surgery itself once Im healed.

Dr. Mehta was my friend's doc for his surgery. But after the surgery, he didn't even meet my friend or his family. It says a lot about someone who doesn't follow up with their patient. He for sure is just in it for the money. I'm incredibly disappointed. I do hope the nurses who did take better care of my friend make way more than Dr. Mehta does.
