Dr. Chao and her staff were the best medical professionals I have ever had the honor of receiving healthcare from which is really saying something. I was taken seriously, listened to and I was able to get imaging done and leave with a diagnosis and a plan forward to heal my ailment. I am so grateful, thank you!

Just went for my follow up about my right ankle, I was concerned about getting my right ankle fused after talking to her and her assistant I feel very confident that she will do a great job and my pain will go away.she also did my left ankle before and I dont have any pain at all for years

Dr. Wen Chao - A Compassionate and Knowledgeable Orthopedic Surgeon My son was treated by Dr. Wen Chao for a horrible sports injury to his ankle, and I cannot speak highly enough of her kind and compassionate approach. Dr. Chao consistently took the time to listen, answer our questions, and make us feel cared for throughout the entire process. She demonstrated a genuine interest in my son's well-being, never rushing through appointments and always providing thorough explanations. Her dedication and attentiveness extended beyond the visits, as she checked up on my son regularly. I highly recommend Dr. Wen Chao for anyone in need of orthopedic care, as she excels both professionally and as an empathetic person. We were happy that his ankle was healed and doing better but bummed that we wouldnt be back to see Dr Chao!

5 star. Don't hesitate, just book the appointment. Dr. Chao listens well and looks at the big picture of your whole health situation and makes tailored, sensible recommendations. She does not push surgery over medical interventions. I was VERY happy with the office, runs well. Waiting doesn't bother me but there was minimal waiting. The intake nurse did an EXCELLENT history and this nurse is likely why Dr. Chao could move so efficiently: teamwork! The Komfort and Kare Orthotic group at the site is also excellent.
