I received a knee brace on nine 823. She put it on my leg. If it is all right I walked around the room a little then as I was walking and kept on walking I noticed the brisket you’re falling you know sleeping, so I figured I get home I adjusted I just did it. I had to go to work. I just it over and over to that the whole weekend and need the Braves was just dropping it which is slipping it felt uncomfortable then it was put in more detail or I made it. It was more so putting punctures into my leg it’s just made it very uncomfortable that whatever pants I put on it kept slipping it I feel as though that my insurance company pay for brace but I think they just gave me this brace . It really didn’t feel comfortable .

I definitely read a lot of reviews before going to my appointment at Willowcrest Einstein Orthopedics. Most were one star. And Im not invalidating those peoples experience. However, what I experienced was respect, professionalism, and timeliness from check-in to check-out. Every person I encountered used AIDET, which I love. The contactless check-in is amazing and makes things more seamless, less wasteful of paper, and more time efficient. I sat for barely 10 minutes before being brought back to be seen. Lacey brought me back to the room and was super professional and polite. I needed to get additional x-rays and boy oh boy I thought that was going to be a whole ordeal. But no. It was so quick and seamless! They had a small radiology department right in the ortho office (LOVE!). The radiologist, whos name I forget (but she was a petite Caucasian woman with long blonde hair pulled back), was extremely patient with me and professional. Then when I got back to my room, my health care practitioner, Corey Elmer, PA-C, was super detailed, time efficient, polite, and still took time to explain everything to me that I needed to know. I never felt rushed. Then the woman who checked me out, also super professional. She scheduled my f/u appt and I left. Less than an hour and fifteen minutes from check in to check out. I couldnt ask for better. 5 STARS!

Called to schedule an appointment and one of the schedulers was beyond disrespectful and snotty. Its bad enough as it is to be struggling with health issues and then to top it off with horrible service.
