Thrive at 3580 IQL

I have rented the commercial kitchen space at 3580IQL for the past 7 years and it has been a great place to grow my business. The beautifully redesigned church has 24-hour access, plenty of street parking and private conference areas. The building is well maintained and clean, I would highly recommend the space if you are looking for a new place to work.

It's a beautiful building, and a great atmosphere. A beautifully renovated former church that kept some of its original character, but has a fresh and fun environment to work in. Highly recommend!

3580 IQL is a wonderful environment to have an office or studio. Im rented a studio there for many years and enjoy the beautiful design, congenial atmosphere, and pleasant neighborhood. Val was so helpful to me when I moved to a different space in the building last year. My experience there has been really good.

3580 IQL is my current office space - and we love it. The design is impeccable; I love walking in each morning to a calming and beautiful space. And I live in the Center City area but commute each day. Getting to East Falls + 3580 IQL could not be easier. The train and bus lines are just a hop, skip and a jump from the office. We've also worked with the great management team on space and pricing that works for our budget. We appreciate the flexibility that fits our needs.
