Spaces - Philadelphia - Hale Building

The current staff is rarely at the desk to answer the doorbell or answer questions. They never replace the drinking water which is the most basic amenity. My suggestion is to go to another center where the service is at least adequate. This location used to be great. The old staff members, Mike and Amanda were always accommodating and really went above beyond. Wish they were still here.

Love this place. Very professional and the space here is worth the business. Don't like the entrance but other than that it's very nice and clean!

UPDATE: In response to the reply from Spaces (hoping someone from there sees it): I booked it through Davinci Meeting Rooms. I don't have a Spaces account, so I can't contact the centre team or contact anyone through the help desk in my account. The person I contacted from Davinci said they would reach out to the management of the facility but I have not heard anything. I booked a meeting room because I needed a quiet space to take a video call. The desk person showed up 15 minutes late, making me late to the call. The coffee and water didn't work. There were no utensils in the kitchen to eat with. The microwave was dirty. I contacted the company I booked the meeting through and they reached out to management of the space, but I haven't heard anything. If you want something reliable definitely don't book this space. I talked to someone else in the building and they had the same problems the day before. Avoid this space at all costs if you want a reliable meeting space.
