        I worked with Emily Steinberg for two bulging discs in my spine, doing McKenzie therapy. She was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and she helped my back heal quickly from a major injury without overwhelming me or asking very much of me. I would highly recommend her!

        Patient and challenging, attention to detail and personable. It took several weeks to relieve the worst neck and shoulder pain/stiffness that I have experienced. I'm doing the home maintenance several weeks later and things are good. Props to Penn Shepherd.

        Penn therapists are wonderful Rachael made sure that she reviewed the doctors order frequently .. after providing strategies for coping and managing the pain she slowly pushes you toward managing on your own .. I improved under the care of these professionals and have coping strategies for long term management ..
