Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy

The physical therapists are awesome and very friendly and knowledgeable. The billing department is chaos. The invoices are wrong, they dont reconcile with what you are billed and you need to keep your own spreadsheet to ensure you are not overbilled.

I have been coming to this location for just about six months working on multiple issues. The entire team is knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and accommodating. Would highly recommend this location for any PT needs.

Front desk is unprofessional with client management!!! They constantly scheduled appointments on random days/times without my permission and without notifying me, and I left multiple messages to them to STOP doing that and they continued. By their policy, you get billed for missing appointments (even when you don't know they exist)! When they finally called me back and I addressed this issue, they admitted to the fraudulent scheduling and discharged me in order to not deal with it!

I was going here for chronic back pain when it was Excel and while it changed to Ivy. The new Ivy director (Kara, I think her name was?) told me she could see 'the hump in my back' on one occasion and the 1st time I met her, she asked if I was seeing a mental health therapist bc I told her my very physically demanding job was destroying my body and she thought that was too negative.... I was stunned and hurt... Like I was being criticized for being honest. I hope she got her act together and learned how to talk to people. She's the reason I stopped going and went to Penn instead. When Excel was bought by Ivy, the standard of care dropped significantly and I wasn't making anywhere near the progress I had been. Also, I regularly see a chiropractor and he has never said there was a 'hump' in my back. Who says these things to another woman?? So insensitive and tactless.

Literally the best PT service I've ever received. Been to this location for two different treatments and the staff were so wonderfulthey remembered even a year after the first time I was a patient. If you want great service, support, and accountability, do yourself a favor and look no further. Thanks, Excel!
