I came in to get a gel, pedicure and a full set. I had Mimi as my nail technician she was wonderful. I cant say great things about her. She was so detail oriented and doing my nails. I am so grateful. The salon is clean. Everyone is very nice. And honestly, I dont think I could get the services. I got done today for a better price anywhere.

10/10 - this place is currently #1 on my list in Philly and Ive lived in center city for 6 years. When I started bringing in instagram nails with designs as inspo for my dip powder manis with tips, my regular salons just werent hitting the mark. Then I tried Boutique they instantly became my new spot. They do STUNNING work. Theyve looked at my IG pics and Ive walked out with nails that look as good as on IG (see pics) Their prices are actually reasonable/expected for quality, theyre flexible, efficient, organized, clean. And theyre fast - Ive been seated almost right away despite a packed salon, and only calling to book a few hours prior, and theyve done an entire dip powder manj with tips and a pedicure in 1hr. And theyre so friendly!! In love

We had a great time here. Donni was great working on my pedicure and Lin took my wife's mani/pedi. Very friendly, family atmosphere.

The salon is adorable, and I enjoyed the atmosphere and dcor. However, my first visit here was not ideal. I scheduled an appointment for both my nails and toes at 1:30pm and specified who I wanted to do my nails and pedicure. I based this on their Instagram. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to start my pedicure, and I was with a different nail tech than I had asked for. The pedicure was okay but quick, and the massage was quite brief. Toe nails were not properly filed down. After my pedicure, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for someone to begin doing my nails. Lyn did my nails, and she was really polite but rushed through the process. My nails are not terrible, but I've had better. When it came to checking out, I had to wait another ten minutes for someone to come to the counter and check me out. The lady writes down my amount on a sheet of paper, which came to $170 for a basic gel pedicure ($60) and poly gel French manicure on my natural nails ($110). I recently relocated from Dallas and have never paid this much for nails, and have had better. Needless to say, I'm glad I tried this salon, but I will not be returning.
