Loftier Nail and Spa

I always try to err on the side of caution & that includes giving positive reviews whenever possible. HOWEVER, I walked a long distance across town with a friend to get her nails done. We arrived 55 mins before closing to this business located in a row home, rang the doorbell & waited for the occupant to answer the door. Instead of being greeted professionally at the door of a supposedly open business, a lady came to the window like I was a criminal. Said we're closed and just walked away, in LESS THAN A 1 STAR sort of way! On a positive note, I got great exercise & met some really nice folks asking the way. Unfortunately, I wasted my time walking to this business which I tried calling in advance, but nobody answered. In short, the walk there and and back home was the highlight of that trip. I suggest that others try ELSEWHERE for their nail needs.

It was a very pleasant and clean refreshing environment the staff was pleasant and the music was chill and overall an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Ms. Cassandra really was a beautiful soul and very professional while completely attentive to her clients. I highly recommend you check it out. Services: Massage, Manicure

Made an appointment via Groupon, came after work and they were not there. The salon does not adhere to listed hours. Sad as I was looking forward to it.
