        Let me start by saying I really wanted to like this place (1) its not very clean inside. (2) ladies are late almost all the time. (3) Ive been canceled on twice in one week also set up a third appointment for my nail tech to not just show up at all. Communication is horrible. This is bad for business, how can you build your client base when this is done to people.

        This was my first appointment at this place appointment was for 10:50am with Tina, it was 11:40am and I was not attended Im still waiting to get my $20 deposit refund back like I was told. Waiting 50 minutes when you make a deposit, reserve your appointment and wait without being assured your going to get your nails done is very upsetting and un mannerly at least be honest and dont waste peoples time.

      Hello, we appreciate the opportunities you took to come visit us but regret to hear you did not have a great experience as many of our other patrons. We try to effectively communicate with our clients & accommodate accordingly.We also do our best to keep our environment as clean & neat as possible with routine cleaning duties in between clients. Although, having white porcelain floors may not be so forgiving - especially when you are seated by the door. Thank you for the time you took to write this review.

Although your technician mentioned the wait would be momentary, we understand you had to leave & could not be serviced.
