Terrible customer service. They always make me sign in on the sign in sheet and are supposed to follow the order to give service but on two separate occasions they let people who came after me get service before me. They had no reason to do that other than judging people by the way they look and giving priority to their preferences. Then they made me wait 30 minutes plus. Their service is often rushed and not great quality, especially for the price. Not going back again.

This is usually my last minute resort nail salon because I typically dont like the atmosphere, but this was the last time that Im ever going back! Their prices are very inflated and more than I like to pay, however I liked that I could walk-in anytime I needed my nails done! Today I went to the salon because I was in a rush. At the end when it was time to pay, I asked one of the ladies for change and she told me she had no fives. However, I saw a few fives in her drawer. I kept asking her again as she blatantly lied to me. She walks away and says to the lady who did my nails, I gave her two tens so you can get a ten dollar tip and they both laughed. How dare you control what tip you get. You dont how much I was going to give you or how much I have. Maybe I was trying to give her a $15 tip. That was my last time ever going. Watch out for tip manipulation
