Friendly service but bad quality. First, I got a gel pedicure - it was extremely uneven and there was dry nail polish splattered on my toe. The manager was very kind to have someone redo it for me. I was frustrated that I had to get it redone but I had the time to do so. I believe it was a manager who did it and it came out way better. A week later I got a gel manicure and had the same experience. I had to rush out because I was leaving for vacation and I didnt get to access the quality of the manicure. However, when I got home, I noticed it was yet again uneven and it was already starting to crack, bubble and peel at the cuticle. I called them asking for a refund but the manager told me no because theres no capability to do that (or if he gave everyone a refund who didnt like their nails hed have to sell the place) and asked that I come back to get it fixed. I told him I didnt have time because I was leaving for vacation soon. If you enjoy micromanaging or monitoring the person doing your nails, then this place is for you. But for me, I want to go to a salon where I trust the person doing my nails and I can sit back, relax and know Im getting my moneys worth. Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures
