Service mediocre. Ambiance mediocre. Skills mediocre. Overall not a good experience and hate how my simple mani/pedi turned out.

My favorite neighborhood nail salon! The staff are very friendly and professional. Ms. Febe does an amazing job every time, no matter what design I have in mind. I get so many compliments for her beautiful work! Price is affordable as well and the space is always cozy and clean. Definitely one of the best salons in town. Love this classic rouge half moon design for holidays!

Sadly, do not recommend. During my pedicure, I had to tell my nail tech to scrub my foot again, because it was pretty swift and ineffective & she LITERALLY OPENED UP THE TRASH AND TRIED TO USE THE SCRUBBER OUT OF THE TRASH. I had to tell her not to do that. Before I asked her that, she had taken out the hot stones, so she didnt even bother to get new ones, so the ones she used were already cold. Manicure was not great, nails werent even and she clearly was rushing and disinterested. She made my right thumb bleed from being too aggressive. When it was over and I went to pay, I did gently explain that the service wasnt satisfying. I told her my total to charge the card with the tip AND SHE OVERCHARGED ME by $17! Thinking I wouldnt notice? I had to ask them to fix the difference. Too many mishaps. Will not be returning. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Sloppy, slapdash service. My technician was either annoyed or has bad eyesight. I won't go back.
