Today was my first time getting my nails done. I got a full acrylic set and hot stone manicure. I had Antwan he was really nice but I felt like he was a bit sloppy. I left with parfain still in my nails and fingers and had to clean it off myself. He put more effort into talking to the tech that was next to him more than he massaged my arms that was distracting. I still gave him a nice tip because that's the person I am but when I come back I prefer someone else. I love Susie she did my toes very good I prefer her to do my nails next time I come.

Paint job was not smooth looking it looks bulky, my nails were uneven they are overpriced then they charge you for made up services then a 3 percent charge for using debit or credit cards. As if Im not already being over charged. This place is not what it seems.

Im sorry we just cant take your service today just got told that. This is a last resort desperate place to go to get nails done! Honestly, they are a trip here. Customers who get MORE EXPENSIVE get catered to. Busy people trying to get manicures get disused and have to wait WITH AN APPOINTMENT. To wait while people walk in and get seated right away. Booked a manicure for 4:15, was getting sat down with water running. I explained not getting pedicure. They said I can wait over there wherever that is Never came over! After 5 minutes of waiting, Had to go over to receptionist desk. 2 ladies denied booking me and said appt was for 4:20 when I had a text that showed 4:15. Brought manager over and he said he cant take my service. I was in a time crunch. They take up for each other, they are never wrongleft with nails UNDONE! At a time crunch Dont let the free drinks fool you! This establishment is ghetto and rude! ( oh and you pay for the drinks in the over priced PRICES)

Don't believe the hype. The reviews had me thinking this was the best in town I just moved into this area this is my third visit here. The first visit I explained to the ladies in the front that I really needed a good nail tech for my nails to last at least four weeks because I dont have time for going back and forth. She referred me to the IG page as of that lets me know if the nails tech know what they're doing so as I started to leave she then started referring her top techs. I spent like 150 for me & my daughter's nails and the gel was peeling in 24 hrs. Bella did a full set on me which was amazing job my nails lasted cool. Pulled up 4 weeks last Bella on vacation she gives me to another guy the nails was horrible they told me come back at 6 to get them fixed. Came back another lady hooked me up the next day the pinky nail popped off I'm so irritated at this point cause I was on my way to the airport. So I pull up again. They fix the nail but the salon is just a PICTURE moment cause my set is trashhhhhhhh. It's Sunday 3/17 I just left 3/14 the gel is peeling off. My pedicure was a nice experience I spent 70 which was cool but the color I picked vs what came out on my toes are two different things You can see they invested in the experience and building, but the skill sets need to be updated along with polish quality.
