Philly's Nails

The first time I came here was in February. They were not busy that day and everyone was very nice and enthusiastic. I tried the spa pedicure and I was very satisfied. Two weeks later I came again and they were very busy and the person who served me was not very happy because I just wanted to do the basic pedicure! The lady wanted me to do a more expensive service. I explained to her that I had just been here two weeks ago and I just wanted to change the color. I usually change the color every 2 weeks. The lady was still rude and she wasn't happy. I want to leave. When the lady serving me recognized me for the first time! After greeting me warmly, they spoke in Vietnamese? After chatting. My lady finally smiles at me and works attentively for me. I don't know what they said, but everything has changed. Pedicure is $25 and I tip $20. Because she really works for me carefully. I forgot about her bad attitude, I knew she thought I was a bad customer. So give me a bad attitude. At the end, I'm not sure I would come here again. "It has nothing to do with price or service. It just makes me uncomfortable. How can you say with your eyes: This is a good customer and this is a bad customer! Who knows?

Excellent work from everyone who works here. I used to go to a place in Center City, switched to here, and never looked back. Excellent, perfection every time and extremely sanitary. Hannah is my go to... She is just amazing. You will not be disappointed at the work from Philly Nails!

Had to find new nail place...they have been amazing. Also appreciate they are one of the few places that keep prices listed

I absolutely love this salon. They're clean, professional, and affordable. My nail tech this best! She's pleasant, knowledgeable and makes the best suggestions for nails, hands, and feet. I always get compliments on my nails, and everyone asks where I go.
