        I was nervous to come as a beginner, but the 8 limbs community is so kind and welcoming. All of the coaches were helpful, and all in the class were happy to help me. This gym is incredibly supportive of one another, and a great place to train.

        Great community and atmosphere. A place to learn, grow, get in shape and learn a new set of skills. The owners and coaches are generous and patient. The clientele is friendly and diverse. A great place for competitive high end training or people who are new to combat sports or sports in general. Just about everything you could want from a gym.
